Hi all
Haven't posted in here in a while but am hoping someone will be able to give me some guidance as my networking knowledge is severely limited. I want to be able to access files on my LinkStation Live both using the wifi provided by my AirStation and also by using Ethernet cables. So for example I want to access files using my desktop PC which is connected via Ethernet and also using my Chromecast 2 connected to my TV.
I have attached an image of my current network setup at home.
http://imgur.com/a/mLGhyThe issue I am having is my ability to play 1080p video files using my Chromecast in my bedroom where I get severe buffering. Does anybody have recommendations on what I can do to get improved performance from my Chromecast? Would it be better to buy the Ethernet accessory for the Chromecast or to buy an additional Wifi access point for the 2nd floor?
