I was trying to get email product support for an LS421DE I purchased 2 years and 9 months ago. I believe it is still in warranty and qualifies for email support. When I enter the serial number on the support page, I am informed the product is out of warranty, and directs me to some links to "help" articles. I can't even find an email address to appeal to.
If there is an administrator around please contact me. I am trying to upgrade the capacity of this NAS, and it appears it is not to be an easy task.
