hi, I have been using a ls-q2.olt/r5 for a few years.. Just the other day the led lights around disk information turned solid orange. Does anyone know what this means and/or how to fix it? I cannot access any of my files.

It's the diagnostic software that comes with your unit. Download it, install it and run it with any security software on the PC disabled.
