Replace the 2 disks and delete/recreate the RAID, if you dont have a backup and you need the data then contact a data recovery company before doing this.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

I tried to use back the original disk 2 to rebuilt the same array1 ( no disk 4), and then the NAS only show the disk 4 broken.
Then, If I use back the disk 4 to slot 4, it will do the rebuilding , but will fail again after 3 hrs during rebuilding....

I will try to replace another new disk for slot 4.
I have a question:
Use the disk 2 to rebuilt the same array, this disk 2 data must be removed?
If slot 4 also rebuild success, all of the data can be retrieved?
I can retrieve few files after rebooted when the storage status is available.....but it will change back not available after few time.
How to stop it?

Thanks.

"Error situation detected! RAID ARRAY1  E14Can't Mount"

The RAID has already failed according to this log entry. Data recovery may be the only option and anything you do may inhibit that process.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

Davo is correct, this will have to be restored from backup.
**A single copy of data, even on a RAID array, is NOT a backup! Hard drive failure is not a question of IF, but WHEN! Don't take my word for it, take Google's!**
