Had an LS-WVL/E installed by outside IT support a few weeks ago. Worked fine until I came in to work today and it was off. Restarted it and it powered up and the error/info light was lit. Stayed on for a few minutes - I was working and accessing docs stored on it when it turned off again and I lost access. Switched power source to another strip; tried again; did the same thing.
Outside tech support has not been able to help and all my company's info is on this drive. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.
