WHR-600D Firmware Ver. 1.80 (R15.76/B3.00) (This is the most current firmware on the support page as of my posting this.)

If I connect wirelessly to the 11n/a band, then it reboots. It works fine on the 11n/g/b band.

I tried changing the channel from auto to fixed. I reinstalled the firmware twice. I did a hard 30/30/30 reset. I used the GUI to reinitialize. I tried auto, router and bridge positions on the switch. I disabled 11n/g/b. I unplugged the power for five minutes. I tried different wireless settings (ssid, password type, etc). None of which helped.

The computer I'm trying to connect from is an HP 2000 laptop running Windows 8.1 64-bit with both (separately enabled so not a device conflict):
1) an Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 AGN wifi card using the Intel 15.11.0.7 driver, and
2) a TrendNet TEW-684UB wireless N USB adapter using the Ralink 3.1.10.0 driver.
