Hi,

I am having difficulty with my LS-CHL, whilst uploading some files containing jpegs/mp4 my windows popped up with an error message as it could no longer see my device on my network.
Due to work commitments I have had to leave it till today but after powering up the unit again, the nas navigator can at least now see the device  but it is telling me that it is EM Mode??

Can anybody help me in at least retrieving some of the data from the hard drive or even better repairing it?
