Hi
i have a nas2 drive that has worked fine for a couple of years, the error light has just come on the red light shows for a second then flases four times, and i can no longer access the share drive. any ideas?

You have had a HDD failure and left the device in RAID0, your data is now probably gone on the other disk because you left it in RAID0.
Refer to your backup or contact a data recovery company.

E14 = The RAID array cannot be mounted. Run the RAID array disk check in the LinkStation's Web Admin interface.
