Very Unhappy

So- I purchase an 8TB, 4 drive storage device. Spend a bunch of money to be protected. Am I protected? NO. TWO drives fail on this Buffalo and now we are playing find the data and lord knows how much$$$$ and really upset clients. This product sucks
