NAS LS421DE Series
« on: March 14, 2015, 06:56:40 AM »
I have a NAS LS421DE Series which I installed and configured yesterday but I have problems creating users that can log in. The admin account works well and if I create a user x with admin privileges then that works well too. The problem is if I create a user x and only want them to access a specific folder through WebAccess then I get the following message when I test the account. "
Privileges are limited on this account. To change the settings, contact the system administrator."  Any Idea what I am doing wrong as I can't find anything in the downloads pdf sections refering to this prompt.

Basically no matter what setting I administer to a new user unless I put that user as part of the admin group, each time the user tries to login to WebAccess the prompt Privileges are limited on this account. To change the settings, contact the system administrator appears. Surly this is not correct that you have to make each user an admin
