Bump - Still the same as yourself - Surely there must be a way to access the drive security software without formatting and lossing all the data - that is completely stupid. Surely more people have this problem and it should be investigated by their support team?

I didn't expect myself to be the latest victim of the same problem. did u guys manage to access the drive without reformating it?

It's simple, there is a problem with the partition, you need to refer to your backup (if you don't know what this means then google it!) and format the HDD.
