Unable to login
« on: March 30, 2017, 08:47:35 pm »
I have buffalo airstation wzr-1750dhpd. I reset my airstation. I have connected the airstation thru a network cable to my HP pavilion dv6t Laptop on windows 10. After resetting I tried IP addresses 192.168.11.1/ and 192.168.11.100/ for logging in. I get connection timed out both on Firefox and Edge.

Hi mariad ! Thanks for your reply. As I have mentioned in my post I tried IP addresses 192.168.11.1/ and 192.168.11.100/  for logging in. But they get timed out. I need another IP address or another method for logging in. By the way, AP/WB switch is in WB mode.
Thanks.

You are welcome, but i think the guide has different IP's mentioned with respect to different models. Why not give it a try. There is no harm with trying if i am not wrong.

If you connect it to your laptop with a LAN cable then what is the IP address it gives the laptop?

Open a cmd window -> type IP config and check the IP and gateway for the local area / ethernet connection.

Also, if it's been used as a router then it needs to be in AP mode for the DHCP server to be functioning.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / LSRecovery.exe file.
