Linkstation LS-WXL

I have 2 Linkstations, same model.

One of them has a flashing INFO / ERROR red light, it flashes 3 times in sequence - I cannot access the share drive on this Linkstation. 
I can access the device via PC, using built-in diags it allows me to run a check of the Raid 0 array, however the checking process just finishes and does not report any issue. 

The overall storage capacity is listed as "Not Available" within the App.

Any help greatly appreciated.

One of the disks has failed, hope you had a backup as your data is gone. To check which disk has failed check the system/storage/disks section of the problem NAS.
