HD-CELU2 - only FAT32 on LAN?
« on: November 04, 2013, 10:52:54 PM »
Probably a simple yes/no response required, although if NO maybe some pointers would also help.

I have a 1TB HD-CELU2 which I have been using for a few years now, working great both on LAN and USB.
Recently upgraded (maybe not the right word) to WIN 8.1 and in order to automate the backup through Windows the backup drive needs to be NTFS.

I browsed through some HD-CELU2 posts and it appears that the LAN side of operation can only be FAT32 - is that still the case?
If YES - which drive uses NTFS so I can replace the HD-CELU2 drive?

If NO, where is the modelnumber so I can download the most recent installation files, or the reset button so I can perhaps reset the drive basics?
I have formatted through Windows to NTFS and cannot access the drive on the LAN.

I have backed up all the data, so re-formatting via the web-interface is not a problem - if only I could get it to work  :(

Thanks for any advice
