Mac Disk Utility doesn't recognize Linkstation
« on: October 20, 2013, 05:43:03 AM »
Hi,

I just got my Linkstation 4TB but MAC Disk Utility cannot find this drive.
I can browse it, however not select 'info' or 'share'.

Also LinkNavigator doesn't work, the NasNavigator is OK.

Label_open_web: username 'admin' and 'password' doesn't work...

Many thanks for any assistance!

It is not designed to appear in disk utility, only DAS (direct attach storage) will appear in disk utility.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

Same as my pronlem, NASNavigator2 works fine, but how do you select info or share drives? Both are greyed out for me

That means they are already mounted in Finder.
