Moving hard disk from NAS to NAS

Hi,

I am using QVL with 4 drives on RAID 10. I am planning to get another QVL to backup the first one.
If my first QVL failed, can I move the drives over to the backup unit?

Technically if there is nothing wrong with the disks and the units are on the same firmware it should work.
