"Upgrade Failed." going to 19484

Router Model Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH
Firmware Version DD-WRT v24-sp2 (12/09/11) std - build 17990

Trying to go to wzrhpg300nh-pro-v24sp2-19484-beta.enc

Going through Web Administration > Firmware Upgrade and then loading that file. I've tried IE and Chrome, both get a "Upgrade Failed." message when trying to upgrade. Any thoughts?

You can't revert back to buffalo dd-wrt from community dd-wrt without the use of TFTP or the dd-wrt wiki on this unit. In the wiki is a link for a stock reversion file. You'll have to either use it, flash back to user friendly buffalo fw, then upgrade to buffalo dd-wrt from there, or you'll have to use TFTP to flash the image.

On any of these methods, get ready to put in some time, as its a time taking process, and have plenty of patience, it takes a long time to flash one of these units.

I appreciate the help. Thought I was on a Buffalo DDWRT rev for some reason.
