We have a Network Hard disk in our office. The configuration details below.

We tried to reset the admin password after updated the necessary firmware but we could not. I tried with service people and Tec support forum for Buffalo
As of now we don't know the password.
We tried the below given steps as well. Could any one please help on this. I have been trying to reset this for the past 2 months.
Follow these steps to reset the unit to factory defaults:
Turn the unit off with the power switch. Once the unit is fully powered down, press and hold the function button for 10 seconds.
After 10 seconds, continue to hold the function button and flip the switch to "On". Release the function button and press it again for one second.
This will reset the unit. No data will be lost, but the admin password and IP address configuration will go back to factory defaults ("password"/DHCP).
