Bytes instead of Packets...
« on: January 07, 2011, 03:35:53 PM »

Wish I could see the Packets is changed to Bytes. Why?

My internet subscription allows me the capacity of 60GB per month (sent & recieved), we don't have unlimited usage in my counrty. Therefore, If the Packets is changed to Bytes I will be able to know how many bytes I have consumed and how many are left...

The below it's just useless for me...

Packet Info

WZR-HP-G300NH Ver.1.77

Thank you Admin for your input...
I wish I could see this change in the next firmware issues.

To be honest, before buying the Buffalo, the Dovado 3GN was in my wishlist, the thing I liked about the Dovado was the Bi-Monthly Traffic Counter (in Bytes) and the Internet Consumption Notification via e-mail. These two features are really helpful for me since I am using a limited internet capacity.

I chose Buffalo because of the reputation and greate features as well.

then please add it to the Idea Exchange Lounge, so the forum members can vote on it, and our Japanese engineers will read it, and thank you for your comments!

Idea Exchange requests keep helping us to find out what new features are wanted by our customers. Voting on these requests show the Japanese engineers what is most important for new features.
