Hi there I've read some good & some bad stuf on this router.

I might buy 3 of them or more.

Problem is:

The firmware seems to be A bit short on security-related features that american/european brands have standard.

On the other hand other features are worked pretty well; which made me wonder.

Is there too litlle room for A good all-round firmware package (without loss of the current options?)

The manual didn't make me any wiser, some reviews didn't either..

I mean a feature the device scans all the networks in the close neighborhood and shows them in a list with radio buttons for example. A bit like the one inside Windows XP. When selecting one of the available wlans, it creates the connection after requesting the possible security keys.

Edit: this was the answer to drmemory.

WZR-HP-G300NH

Please Add an option to use low Power and ULTRA low power mode for this Router.

Have insanly high power radiation ( compare to other router ) shooting through my fairly small flat sometimes freaks me out.

I think the japaness engineer understand this since they have very small flat as well.

For WZR-HP-G300NH - Actually a USB hub is supported. It's the only way to connect multiple HDDs to the USB port.

Hello

Nfiniti WZR-HP-G300NH:

WDS support is needed. Also I did purchase this device and failed to extend network wirelessly with existing WHR-G54S.
