Thanks,  I did buy mine from Microcenter.  I got the 1TB one.  I'm going to go back and return it today.   Probably won't get the pro version, I think Im going to make one based on FreeNAS .    Microcenter has those $99 computer, which I can use,  so for a total cost of about $200, I will have a awesome, NAS system for my home. Other than that , it will be a good learning experience for me.

I had considered just getting a POGO device and a nice external enclosure, but I didn't want a bunch of cables running around. The CS-Pro ended up costing me just shy of $400 with the second (identical) 2TB drive. To build an equivalent drive, it would have been a pain and expensive. This was supposed to be easier. I actually got this after reading an article in Photography magazine.
