Unable to download TFTP File

Hi,

 

I have a problem with my Linkstation Live LS-CHL v2. It is trying to boot the little blue light at the top keeps flashing then goes off and tries again. After reading through the forums I would like to give the TFTP procedure a try to get some life back into the drive.

 

The problem I have is I cannot access the ftp server ftp://24.153.165.234/disk1/share/nas-recovery/

 

I have tried from various browser Chrome,Firefox and IE 8 and from 3 different ISP's but cannot access it from anywhere, it just results in a this page cannot be displayed message.

 

Are there any mirrors to the files anywhere or is the server down.

We did have a hiccup with our FTP server.  Unfortunately, there is no backup FTP but it is back up and working now.
