Ram DDR2 3 GB

Mainboard ECS Nvidia 630i +  GF7100

I connect HD-CX1.5U2-A4 to USB rear port , in xp , win 7 , windows 2008 server x64 it work fine

but in 2003 x64 it not even detect in device manager

Anyone has idea?

If you have set up encryption on the device then 2003 won't recognize it.

I don't do any encryption on it, and today I will bring it to my office and test with other server both x86 and x64  2K3 server

Thanks for comment Kameran.

Hi, K.Nattapan

If you have not tried to see the web http://support.microsoft.com.
Search for usb storage not recognized.
May be you need to upgrade USB driver.

Finally I can get it work now.
By upgrade mainboard BIOS (ECS GF7100PVT-M3) to Ver. 08/07/07
I upgrade BIOS becuase I change CPU to support VT-x
but MB and OS don't know CPU .
after that it can use device normally

P.S. I connect it to other server with 2003 R2 SP2 x64
it detect immedately ,so I think it must be my hardware issue.

Thanks you for every comment.
