"This program doesn't operate in current OS. It ends."
« on: January 25, 2010, 06:20:10 AM »

I'm trying to install the Secure Lock Manager Easy and TurboUSB of my Buffalo Ministation HD-PX(320GB) in my Windows7 Ultimate x64 and that message prompts out. Is it not compatible? I tried installing it on my desktop (Windows XP Home) and the laptop of my friend (Windows7 Ultimate x32) and works perfectly.

Will be grateful to anyone who can confirm and help me with my problem. Thanks.

Secure Lock is not compatible with 64-bit operating systems.

Well according to the specification written on this website, my harddrive is compatible with windows 7 32 and 64 bit.

Here's the URL: http://www.buffalotech.com/products/external-storage/ministation/ministation-metro-hd-pxu2/

Can you please confirm? Pleasee thanks. :D

Your drive is compatible with the OS just not the software.  To be honest I have no idea why they made it like that.  Apologys for the inconvience.

There is no time frame.  I would put that in the Idea Exchange lounge tho for a feature request.
