I have two Linkstation Live units, both 500 GB. Unit 1 is set to backup to Unit 2 every night. Recently, the backups have not been completing. The only error message I see after logging into Unit 1 is "An error has occurred". This is listed for each of the five backup jobs. As far as I can tell, both units are working normally. Any ideas about what could be happening and how I can resolve the problem?
Both units are connected to the same network switch and are plugged into the same UPS. All of the various computers can see the Buffalo units.
