Can't see files

Hello,

Someone send me a Buffalo MiniStation HD containing files i've bought from him.

He's using a MAC, i'm using a PC.

I can't see the files on the HD. I can see the HD, but that's all. I can't access it.

Is there something I have to do to make it work with my PC?

 

Model number: HD-PF250U2/BK-US

If he formatted the drive to any of the mac filesystems then this information will not be available on a PC.  The only way for it to work in both is to have it formatted to fat32.  Formatting it now, however, will result in data loss.

If you wanna see the files on the pc, you can try using a software called macdrive.

 

http://www.mediafour.com/products/macdrive/

 

It allows you to see any mac files on the pc.
