Hi, I just bought a HD-CE1.0TU2 and I wanted to format it to NTFS.

I'm currently living in japan, so the bundled software is in Japanese (which I can't read very well >.<).

I couldn't download the english software since it wouldn't accept my serial number.

I tried using the 'DriveNavi' software, but it didn't seem to do anything when I try to format to NTFS.

If I just use the windows formatting software will the drive to format, will the drive be alright?

If not, how can I format it to NTFS?

It is perfectly fine to format it with Windows. Right click on the drive and select format.
