NTP error
« on: March 12, 2009, 02:59:59 PM »

I am getting this error everytime I try to access the basic tab through web management.

[BufBasicNTP._load_refresh_time]File Open Error - /etc/melco/ntp_result

Anyone else seen this.  I have an TS-RIGL/R5 with F/W 1.01 or a rack mounted ISCSI

I haven't seen that. In the web interface, try resetting it to defaults from Maintenance->Initialization, Restore. If that doesn't work, try the firmware force procedure:

http://forums.buffalotech.com/buffalo/board/message?board.id=0101&message.id=277&query.id=38555#M277

And then reset it to defaults again.

What does the initialization process do.  I thought about trying that but I am not sure what all is reset by the process.  Mainly looking not to disturb my volumes and the data on them.
