Problem in a hs dh 500gl

Dear Sir,

 

we are installing a HS DH500GL in my home network. The NAS Navigator view without problems the unit, the ip number assigned.

but, the NAS client is not installed, the message "not maped drive" .

i can ping to the unit (192.168.1.50)

my router view the unit

but i can not map the drive, can not access with the web explorer.

I dissabled the AV and firewall.

Can you Help meż

I am using windows xp sp3

   You probably need to flash the firmware. Im betting that it down not show one in the nas navigator. You can go to http://www.buffalotech.com/support/downloads to get your firmware and install it. Just download it, extract, and run.
