LinkStation Live DH500GL - management console

After upgrading firmware to 2.10, the management console now has no buttons on the left side for navigating to the various management functions.

 

I'm running Vista with latest and greatest service packs and all updates current.  I also accessed it from an XP machineon the network and no dice there either.  I've tried direct connection but see same problem.

 

Any help with recovering the management console functionality will be greatly appreciated.
