Drive not recognised

   I have a MiniStation HD-PSU2 and work with XP SP2 The drive has been working perfectly, but I didn't take it with me on a recent trip to Australia. On reconnecting it on getting back to NZ, I keep getting a message saying that the computer doesnt recognise the device. Any suggestions woould be welcomed

   Solved the problem. Read on the knowledge base, which says that there may not be enough power from aUSB port to power the MiniStation. Changed the USB ports around on my Dell notebook, and the MiniStation is now recognised and is going through its back up. One of the USB ports must supply more power than the other. The other I have hooked up to a USB hub, and the MiniStation certanly doesn't work from that
