TeraStation error
« on: January 14, 2009, 03:51:17 PM »
I am having an error on a standalone computer with a TeraStation. Both computer and Terastation register a connection. the computer can ping the TeraStation. I have tried restarting them both and unplugging the CAT5 for 30 seconds. Through all this I am still getting error: "Network routing can't be found. Confirm network cabling and connection." The system was working fine now its not. Please help. Thank you

What model TS is it?

Try disabling the computer firewall.

Run Nas Navigator and see if its in the same range as your computer's IP.

So new information. It is in EM Mode and the NAS NAVI does see it, but we still cannot get into or map the device. All I know about what model it is, is what NAS NAVI desplays which is TS-TGL/R5 series.
