I can't upload firmware LS-GL30B

I get the error couldn't confirm a response from LS-GL30B.

I have a LAN, I'm trying to do it from a PC in the same network

   I got to solve the problem uploading the firmare having the Nas navigator software running

Sometimes the firmware updater will be unable to find a Linkstation when the NasNavigator is running; since both programs use the same ports to locate the NAS, they can interfere with each other. The solution, as fjramon noted, is to quit the NasNavigator, then try running the firmware update again.
