Is there a win98 driver for the Ministation Turbo USB?
« on: January 01, 2009, 06:17:57 PM »

I know its a rare request, such a great HDD for and old OS. But I really need it to work with my crappy old notebook.

The model is Ministation Turbo USB HD-PSU2 (120GB)

I really need a win98 driver (Windows 98 Second Edition).

Thx in advance.

It will work with out the turbo function, upon installation do not install the software.

The turbo is just a minor detail, the thing is that when I plug it, win98 detects new hardware, tries to find a suitable driver but with no luck. Since I can't install it, the ministation is not recognized by win98. The CD came with bunch of stuff but no win98 drivers, actually the manual states that no drivers are required.

This device is only compatible with Windows 2000 and above, it is not compatible with any version of Win98
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

Guess I'll have to stick to pendrives then. Thx a lot for your answer, now I can stop chasing ghosts.
