-The led on hard disk is on, and It seems that the disk spin too (my feeling when touching to the disk).

Have you tried it on another PC running a 2.0 USB controller?

Dear Paul and all

- I've tried running it in other three PC with USB 2.0 but It still didn't work.

- But after trying many ways, I got it.

- There're two USB to connect the drive with PC: one for power supply, the other for USB input

- I connected  power supply USB plug to one PC and the other to my PC. Surpisingly, my PC recognized the drive and worked properly together.

- It seems that my USB socket doesn't provide enough power for the drive to work.

- I felt happy when the computer recognized the drive but inconvinient as well. Whenever I use the drive, I need two USB sockets from two PCs :(. Could you please give me advices so that I can use the drive as normal ( pluging USBs to one PC and get to use the drive)

Thank you

Duy Anh

The reason for this is that some computers do not provide enough power over USB to completely power the hard drive. If you've had the issue with any desktop PCs, try using the back USB ports, as they typically provide more power than the front ports.
