This morning I had the pleasure of speaking with "Justin" and he was very, VERY patient with me as he helped me get reconnected to the internet.  He knew exactly what the problem was, solved it and confirmed to me, I had bought the right product from the right company!  Thanks "Justin".  You made my day!
