I've got a bunch of money to buy TerraStations... how come I can't ever get someone on the phone? I'm suprized my simple storage questions aren't being answered on the "Storage Forum". Maybe I should just buy the $18,000 Sun system... they do answer the phone.
The 800 number tells me to go the Forum... here I am!

If they won't answer the phone perhaps you should try sending an internet fax instead? No seriously, that probably wouldn't work either!
