I wanted to find a way to say THANK YOU to Chris @ Buffalo Tech Support in or around Chicago. What an awesome guy! Chris stayed hours after his shift, on a Friday night to try to help me figure out what the problem was with my router. He was patient and made small talk to keep things going the many times we had to wait for the computer to restart. I appreciate all his help, his patience, and his willingness to walk me through each and every step & repeat when I didn't understand. Because of this issue with my internet and router I have spoken with many tech's over a 2 day span and Chris was by far the most friendly one of all. So thank you Chris, you did a GREAT job!!!!!!!
