LPV3-U2 Network Print Server loses connection over time
« on: July 18, 2012, 11:06:58 AM »

I have a LPV3-U2 print server, i works fine when first plugged in but eventually stops taking new jobs. If I unplug it and plug it back in, it starts printing everything I queued up. What could be wrong?

I had same problem.  I set up an extra wired wifi router close to the printer.  Also, I reset the internet modem, had the ip provide a reset from their end to make the signal stronger, and I reset the WHR-G300N V2 so that the printer is my fourth ip on listed items by assigning it a new port and deleting the auto assigned port.  It then automatically reassigned to itself the mfr name of printer.  Now it all works great, no dropout.

This took a lot of work to figure out and I just got lucky.
