I just installed my new blu-ray drive and it does not seem to recognize blu-ray disks. Regular DVDs play with no problem. I have tried several media players including the cyber-link player that came with the drive and I have tried several different working blu-ray disks. All I get is are error messages which say the disk is an unsupported format or the player is unable to open the location. Any suggestions?
