lsw-tx-5ep(c1) thats the only identifying thing on the bottom that isnt in japanese. I bought this hub in japan and have used it in numerous times in japan and in the US without problem. I recently tried plugging a laptop into it and it says limited to no connectivity. i have my desktop running through it fine,. when i plug the laptop into the modem directly, it connects to the internet immediately,. i then plug my desktop into the hub "limited to no connectivity" i am certain there is some small stupid detail i am missing to allow 2 computers access to my internet using the hub but at the moment, i can only do one at a time.
