Firestix PC2-8000 Dead, need RMA!

I'm on the phone holding for 1 hour and still can't get a Rep. to talk to, what's going on w/ Customer Service? I got a pair of dead memory and trying to get RMA, please help me out here!

what number did you call? when I checked around 10AM, the hold time was 6 munutes.

email support@buffalotech.com to initiate an RMA for your Firestix

I'm calling 1-866-752-6210 and they forward to tech then I'm waiting for 30 mins then give up and re-call again then waiting for another 30 mins but still waiting so I got no choice but to post it on Forums and hope I can get help from.  I did email support@buffalotech.com but no reply yet, please tell me what do I need to put in email in order to get reply with RMA# thanks!

I see RMA BTM2756 created yesterday and (from an email to support@buffalotech.com) info emailed back to the customer - is this you? This was the only memory RMA request to come in to support@buffalotech.com since 6/13.

 

I checked our phone logs for yesterday and rarely did the hold queues go over 10 minutes. What queue did you select after calling 866-752-6210?

I called 866-752-6210 and press 1 for RMA Status then they forward me to tech support then I'm on the phone forever till I decided to give up, I'll call again today if I can't anyone to asnwer then I will email support@buffalotech.com again cuz I still didn't get the email yet, this time I will include my info and RAM info so hopefully I can get an RMA#

I'm on the phone waiting while typing this post, I'm from California in the morning 8:38AM to call 866-752-6210 and press 1 and I told the lady "I want to RMA the memory" she told me "hold on!" then I'm holding until now 9:00AM but still no answer.  This is ridiculous customer service, I've tried every possible way but still can't get someone to give me RMA#

RMA status is for customers who are requesting status on an existing RMA. You have memory and should have pressed the number for RAM (I think that is queue 4), but we can give you all the info needed to set up RMA thru support@buffalotech.com

just mention you are emailing for an RMA, and you were asked to do so in the forums by drmemory

 

Are u Brandon - I see a Firestix RMA request that just came in thru email.

Thanks for helping, I will send it out soon and due to Buffalo Memory Department closing so do I still can get a replacement?
