RMA status is for customers who are requesting status on an existing RMA. You have memory and should have pressed the number for RAM (I think that is queue 4), but we can give you all the info needed to set up RMA thru support@buffalotech.com
just mention you are emailing for an RMA, and you were asked to do so in the forums by drmemory
