Computer does not recognize or acknowlege the NAS is present. I have installed the security patch as described but no success.
Any help would be appreciated. I have been on hold for technical support for 25 minutes so far.
I already tried this while waiting an additional 10 minutes on hold - still no answer after 35 minutes - I finally just gave up. I also downloaded the firmware update, but of course I can not install it since the installer can not locate the drive. The drive is also rather noisy which surprises me since the reviews said it was one of the quietest.
On hold for an hour for support. Forum is usless. Certainly will be my last Buffalo product.
