We bought 20 IFC-PCIE2U3S2 USB 3.0 Interface Cards to put in our 20 Dell Precision T5500s.
The specs for the T5500 is:
Dual Six Core Intel Xeon Processor E5645, 2.40GHz,12M L3, 5.86GT/s
12GB, DDR3 RDIMM Memory, 1333MHz, ECC (6 DIMMS)
Three 1TB SATA 3.0Gb/s, 7200 RPM Hard Drives
2GB NVIDIA Quadro® 4000, DUAL MON, 2DP & 1DVI
SoundBlaster X-FI XtremeMusic (D)w/Dolby Digital 5.1
We put the IFC-PCIE2U3S2 USB 3.0 Interface Cards in the PCI Express 2.0 slot and the drivers installed just fine.
But after a few days, the cards would not come up on startup.
We switched some of the cards around to see if some of them will come up, and some have and some have not.
Is there an issue with these IFC-PCIE2U3S2 USB 3.0 Interface Cards?
