BUFFALO USB 3.0 Interface ExpressCard IFC-EC2U3/UC-EU
« on: March 09, 2010, 07:40:01 PM »

Hello,

I wanna post this message because I'm a Linux customer and as often it seem that we are forgotten...

USB 3.0 driver are present into Linux kernel, but your card even if it's seen by the kernel doesn't seem to work :

lspci -nn :

0d:00.0 USB Controller [0c03]: NEC Corporation Device [1033:0194] (rev 03 (Buffalo Expresscard)

You may notice that there's more and more Linux customers everyday, also I wanna know if one day, you'll offer support for this card under Linux ? Or at least help Linux community to build the driver.

Best regards,

Guillaume JAOUEN

I know this is an old thread, but I too am a Linux user trying to use my Buffalo USB 3.0 card.  Things aren't going very smoothly.  It would be really great if you could release a Linux driver or at least release all the information needed for the open source community to write one.  Thanks,
