LAN ports down - Buffalo AirStation WZR-HP-450H-UE

Hello

 

I've got WZR-HP450H-EU and LAN ports from 1 to 3 doesn't work. It's funny, casue I send router to service and they say: everything it's ok. When I receive router from service I'll check ports. It work. But now connect devices to buffalo router (2 pc's, 1 NAS, 1 lan printer). The led doesn't flash when I plug-in a cable. Any idea's?

 

My firmware: DD-WRT v24SP2-MULTI (09/27/12) std (SVN revision 20025)

I also tried buffalo firmware 1.86 and the problem it's the same.

 

My network: internet->adsl router->buffalo router -> 2 pc's, 1 NAS, 1 lan printer.

I send router to check, but service send it back and said that everything is ok. Buffalo works few days on every eth port and crash. Now works on only 1 port.
I try switch router off for 3-5 day. When I switch on, router works. But only for a few days. What the hell is going on?
