IP filter on WZR-HP-G300NH gives Error.

Hi all,

 

I want to isolate one device from the net so I put IP filter with the device's IP addresss on LAN (192.168.11.xxx) and blank for the internet, but the router gives error:

 

ERROR: Source Address
description: When the direction is Internet->LAN, an IP address on the LAN side network address range cannot be used

What gives?  I am on latest firmware 1.79.  Thanks for your help.

Hi, sorry.

It is solved.  For some reason I keep coosing Internet->LAN while what I really want is LAN->Internet.
