Setting up Multiple USB partition for NAS

Using : WZR-HP-G450

   HD   :   Seagate Expansion Desktop Drive 3TB

 

Problem:

Created 4 Partitions on 3TB drive but when connected to Router it reads 1 partition only (1st). 

Please help on how to detect all 4 partitions
