I just called in to Tech and got Ryan M. He really impressed me with the way he helped resolve my problem. He was patient very good at troubleshooting the problem. I've called in the past and was very underimpressed to put it nicely. Ryan changed my impression of Buffalo Tech with one call. Great service! I can tell he really cared about my problem and not just trying to rush me off the phone.
